We woke up a bit late, still recovering from Johnny driving us home last night! (That’s the way Scots make fun of each other, and today’s lesson in Scottish.) He actually did a great job figuring out what side to stay on and how to shift left-handed. Only ran up on the curb once and missed every car and bus coming our way. Safe! But no pictures!

Then at breakfast, both John and Johnny announced that they were getting a bit tired of Scottish breakfasts. (Eggs, toast, sausage, beans, British bacon, juice) Oh no.

But who could be tired of these views! This is from Crail, Balcomie, where we played today. The texture changes from the grassy weeds to the gorse to the fairway to the rugged coastline…sigh…this is worth a few Scottish breakfasts!
